Currently, we do not offer paid expedited shipping options. However, many of our USPS shipments use Priority Mail, which generally arrives within 2–3 business days for most U.S. locations.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international delivery options.


📮 Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes! We gladly deliver to PO Boxes, as USPS handles most of our shipments.
If your order requires FedEx or UPS (usually for larger packages), we may contact you for a physical street address.


🔍 How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check around your home — porch, mailbox, garage, or any safe drop-off spots.
  2. Ask neighbors or household members in case someone accepted the package.
  3. Wait 24 hours — USPS sometimes scans items as delivered before arrival.

If your package is still missing after these steps:

  • Contact your local USPS office. USPS can provide GPS delivery confirmation to determine where your package was left.
  • Contact us at cs@usabatteries.com or via Live Chat. We will assist you in opening an investigation and help retrieve GPS scan data if necessary.

Insurance Claims: All USPS shipments are insured. Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with USPS. We will guide you through the process to ensure a resolution.
