- You refers to the customer placing an order or initiating a return.
2. Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- A copy of the receipt or order confirmation must be included in the return package.
- All accessories, manuals, and labels should be intact.
3. Shipping Responsibility
- Defective or Wrong Item: If the product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Customer-Initiated Returns (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind):
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- You may request a prepaid label, but its cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Returns After 60 Days: We may approve returns on a case-by-case basis. If approved:
- You pay for return shipping (or request a prepaid label at your expense).
- A 10% restocking fee applies.
- Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please do not use an RMA form. Instead, contact our team through one of these methods:

Please provide:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photos or video if the item is defective

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for:
- Returns after 30 days
- Orders with customer errors (wrong item or incorrect shipping address)
6. Warranty-Based Returns
Most products sold by USA Batteries include a limited warranty, generally between 6 and 12 months, depending on the item. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects and early failure under normal usage.
What’s Covered
- Battery failure before the expected lifespan
- Internal defects causing malfunction
- Products not functioning as described
What’s Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, water, heat exposure)
- Overcharging, improper use, or using with incompatible devices
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us by email or live chat.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the fault.
- After review, if approved, we will:
- Ship a replacement at no cost, or
- Offer a refund or store credit if a replacement isn’t available
In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item for inspection. If so, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
